Guillaume De Saint Marc is the Vice President of Engineering at Outshift by Cisco. The team's unique strength lies in transforming ideas into reality through an agile, ambitious, and entrepreneurial approach.

Guillaume oversees software development, architecture, and platform strategies across Outshift’s product portfolio. With a diverse, international team, Guillaume is spearheading groundbreaking projects in areas such as generative AI, cloud scale agentic AI, quantum networking and security. These initiatives are conducted in collaboration with startups, industry leaders, and design partners. He is also actively engaged in open source projects and university partnerships, working closely with Cisco Research.
